We moved into our home in 1991, and we are just as satisfied today as we were back then. We chose Guenthart Construction for a few different reasons. It was local, the company was recommended to us, and when we met with Tobey and his wife Tracy, we knew they were good, sincere, trustworthy people.
The construction phase of our home went very smoothly, and Tobey had great input on different items that we would never have thought about changing in the plan. He was also very accommodating to our wishes.
